If you would like to receive your order before the holidays, we suggest placing orders by Monday December 9th at the latest. Please note, after your parcel has been picked up by Canada Post or UPS, it is out of our hands. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All sale products and consignment items are final sale. Starting November 28, 2019 and after, regular priced items will not be eligible for return or exchange until January 2-31, 2020 unless you have received a damaged/defective item, or have an issue with your order. Please note: ALL refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card which can be used with online orders.
We are closed December 21, 2019 until January 1, 2020. Customer service and warehouse operations will resume regular hours starting January 2, 2020. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed & messages to be returned following our holiday closure.
