As of May 1, 2020, we will no longer be rewarding points. Please redeem any accumulated points as soon as possible. As items continue to sell out, we cannot guarantee the availability and selection of reward options. Stay tuned for an official closing date in which you will need to use your points by.

WHAT REWARDS DO YOU OFFER?

We have added dollar value rewards ($5 - $25 off your order) to try and manoeuvre around our system's "one code per order" restriction. We also have a few product rewards while supplies last (make sure to add the item to your cart before applying the code).

How do I check & use my points?

  1. Log into your account here or in the top right-hand corner of our website.
  2. Next, click the "Loyalty Program" tab from the navigation bar at the top of our website on the homepage.
  3. When a pop-up window appears, click "see rewards" at the bottom and your point balance should appear at the top.
  4. Click the tier you would like to redeem. An email will be sent along with a code. Please make sure you add your code before processing your order. We cannot edit your order after it is in our system.
  5. Log into your account and add the item to your cart (if applicable) before entering the code.

 

Why isn't my code working?

  • Make sure you are logged into your account (your code is assigned to your email address).
  • If you have a dollar value code that is not working, check to make sure your cart meets the minimum spend excluding raw materials and consignment products.
  • If you have a product code that is not working, check that you have added the item to your cart before entering the code.

 

Can I combine points or orders?

We cannot combine orders after they are placed. We cannot transfer points to another person's account.

 

I just placed my order and then received a message saying I have unlocked a new reward, can I add it to my order?
Unfortunately, if you just earned points by placing an order, you must use them towards a future order. After an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or add to it.
